Guy O'Gara has nine years experience coaching youth football. Guy played Youth, High School, and College football. Guy has coached for the Sycamore Aviators, Tri-County Eagles and Wyoming Cowboys. This broad-based experience helps bring a strong perspective on what works in youth football. His coaching philosophy is based on developing young men of character first and then developing individual skills necessary to play football. His practice format is based on highly detailed time segmented sessions for maximizing learning. These sessions emphasize maximum individual involvement in small breakout groups. Practice plans, game plans, and substitution schedules are planned on a weekly basis. Playing time is based on attendance, skill development, and ability level.  This is a select, competitive football league. All games are videotaped and voluntary film sessions are held at 7 PM on Sunday evenings. Last year's eight-year-old team won the Southern Ohio Youth Football Superbowl and had a record of 11-0-1.
